Extra product informationIn our web shop you will often see the field ‘Measures’. In this field we inform you on how many of these articles are in your vehicle. For example: you can come across [PW 2]. This means that each car counts 2 of those specific items. Of course you can also buy just 1 piece. This field is also often used to show the dimensions of the product.
How can I pay my order?You can pay your order using the following payment options:

- Account (only for businesses, unless we agreed otherwise)
Can I change the delivery address?Yes, you can. When you are placing the order you will be asked to provide us with the billing and shipping address, these two do not have to be the same.
What is the Route service of De Graaf Spare Parts Service?Every Monday till Friday De Graaf SPS has a bus driving around the Netherlands and Belgium. We deliver orders from customers. This service from De Graaf is only for businesses and it's based on route, order day and the amount of the order.
How do I place an order?You can search for items on three different ways. On the left side of the front page you can find a ‘search’ box, you can use this box to find items using original numbers, DG numbers or keywords. Under the ‘search’ box you can click on ‘brands’ and choose from Citroën, Peugeot or Citroën Classic. Then choose a model, a product group and the part you are looking for. You can also use the Parts Book when you are searching for items for the 2CV or the Traction. This is the original Parts Book for the Traction Avant and 2CV, including the images and original numbers. If you found the part you are looking for, simply place the articles in your shopping cart using the ‘buy’ button. You will be automatically redirected to the order page. Here you can choose to continue your order or procede your shopping process.
Is there a faster way to place my order?Yes there is. On the top of the website, beneath the logo of De Graaf Spare Parts Service, you will find a frame where you can place product directly in your shopping cart. In this field you can find products by using the DG-numbers or the original Citroën numbers. Items entered here will be directly added to your cart.
Can I see my previous orders?The history of your previous orders is saved on your account. You can view all orders on the page ‘my orders’. To reach this website you must be logged in. After logging in you will see the ‘my orders’ button on the top right of the page. On this page you can view your previous orders and replace the orders.

What information do I need to add when I want to make a payment and I forgot the payment reference?Include your name, customer number and telephone number with the payment. This way we can link the payment to the right person.
When can I expect my delivery?After placing your order you will receive an email with the order confirmation. After the order is processed we will register your package and you will receive an automatic email with your Track&Trace number. Then you can start tracking you shipment. Of course, we do need the correct email address. If you are not sure whether we have your (correct) email address, please send it to us by email using email@example.com.
How can I notify CTA Service of complaints and compliments?If your complaint relates to a (wrong) delivered article we refer you to our warranty and returns page. Go to the homepage and click on Returns, under service. Here you can print a return form. We will contact you as soon as possible. For other comments please contact our marketing and communications department, using firstname.lastname@example.org. For all your other question you can contact us by using the contact form, email of phone.
